We collaborated with a mission-driven non-profit organization to redesign its website with the goal of increasing community engagement, improving donor conversions, and enhancing accessibility for a wider audience. Our Approch

Our process began with a discovery phase, including stakeholder interviews and user behavior analysis to understand audience needs and internal goals. We developed wireframes and a content strategy that prioritized clarity and emotional connection. The challenge

The primary challenges included outdated UI/UX, poor mobile performance, and unclear navigation that caused friction for users trying to access programs or make donations. Content was scattered across multiple pages, with no clear hierarchy or storytelling structure. Additionally, there was no integration with donation platforms or CRM systems, making campaign tracking and supporter engagement difficult. Budget constraints and limited internal technical resources also required a cost-effective and scalable solution.

The solution

We created a clean, modern, and mobile-first website with intuitive navigation and focused calls-to-action. The site structure was reimagined to guide visitors toward key actions—donate, volunteer, and learn more—within the first few seconds of interaction. We integrated a secure donation gateway, volunteer sign-up forms, and a content management system (CMS) that empowered the team to update content without technical help. The design emphasized the organization’s impact through compelling storytelling, visuals, and testimonials, helping to build trust and drive engagement.
